Have You Noticed How the Smartest People at School Are Not Those Who Make It In Life?

make it in life

If you’re anything like me, school did not inspire me.

To be honest, I wished the time away.

I showed up, did what I had to do, gathered the information, memorized it, and regurgitated it for the following exam.

What you learn at school are facts, known facts.

Your job at school is to accumulate and remember facts.

The more you remember, the better you do right?

The thing is nobody teaches or prepares us to strive for what most of us want.

FREEDOM

Freedom comes in many forms.

  • Time  freedom to watch your children grow and navigate life.
  • Financial freedom to go where you want, and do what you want without having to answer to a boss.
  • Location freedom to have the resources to travel anywhere on a whim.

Now this is important.

Conventionally smart people, get jobs based on their qualifications (the past), not on their desire to succeed (the future).

They find themselves surpassed by individuals who consistently push themselves to excel beyond their current capabilities.

Bob Proctor said that the school system gives us a lot of information, but it teaches us nothing about ourselves. We leave school and have no idea how to make real money.

We have no concept of how to earn money.

As a result, three percent of the population is earning all the money.

Ninety-seven percent of people globally struggle to make a living.

HOW MONEY COMES TO YOU

What he also taught me was that money is earned.  How to earn money is not complicated, yet we overcomplicate the process.

The law of compensation governs how much money you earn.

It says that you will always be compensated for your efforts and for your contribution, whatever it is, however much or however little.

The more value and service you provide the more you will be compensated.

Increase the value of your contribution in other words.

ACTION STEPS

Remind yourself regularly that your rewards will always be in direct proportion to your service to others.  Ask yourself how can you add more value to your clients today.

Work on it, every day.

Look for ways to go the extra mile.  Do more than what you’re paid for.  This is the great secret of success.

All wealthy people have multiple streams of income flowing into their bank accounts daily.

It’s that simple.
