4. Intellectual Property & License

All programs, methods, and materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law.

You are granted a non-transferable, revocable, personal-use license only. You may:

  • Download and print materials for your private use only

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Use our brand assets (logos, frameworks, taglines) without written permission

Violations will be considered theft and may result in legal action.

Doing so may result in immediate termination of access and legal action, including claims for damages.

6. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

All payments are due in full or according to the agreed payment plan. You agree to complete all installments. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Refund Policy:
All sales are final. Due to the digital and transformational nature of our work, no refunds are issued under any circumstances unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific program.

7. Testimonials, Media, and Consent

By participating in group calls, events, or sharing feedback, you grant us the right to use your name, voice, and image for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and treat all private coaching interactions as confidential. However, group program settings are semi-public; you are responsible for what you choose to share in these environments.

9. Disclaimers

All services are provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not offer medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Your participation in our programs does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or fiduciary relationship. We make no guarantees regarding your results or outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damages, or disruption arising from your use of our services or materials. You use our content at your own risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our site and services implies acceptance of the most current version.

12. Governing Law
