We offer mentorship, mindset coaching, digital products, and events for transformational personal and professional growth. Results are dependent on your participation and effort.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials (videos, guides, worksheets, etc.) are property of Heidi Van Rensburg Consulting. Reuse, copying, or redistribution is not permitted without written permission.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed as agreed. Payment plans are binding, and failure to pay may result in access suspension or collection action.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our programs and digital content, no refunds are issued. Refund exceptions for premium events may apply only if:

• Full attendance is confirmed

• Homework is submitted

• Refund request is sent within 72 hours of program end

6. Client Responsibility

We provide tools and mentorship — results depend on you. Non-participation, indecision, or inconsistency are not grounds for refund or complaint.

7. Confidentiality

Group coaching is semi-public. Share at your discretion. Private sessions are held confidential unless disclosure is legally required.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages from using our content, services, or programs.
